This set of ten lessons teaches about Joseph’s life, how his family all moved to Egypt during the famine, and eventually how Pharaoh began oppressing the Israelites.
Dear Juniors,
Do you sometimes fight with your brothers and sisters? Do you have trouble with your friends? Do things go wrong for you sometimes? If you answered yes, then you have a lot in common with Joseph. But he learned that It Pays to Obey God.
In this book, you are going to learn about Joseph's life and the many things that happened to him. You will find out why his brothers hated him and Sold him as a slave. You will read about his life as a slave in Egypt. You will learn about integrity - Right in God's Sight. You will learn how his family all got back together again. And in lesson four you can Taste and See.
But most importantly, you will discover how Joseph honored and trusted God. He knew Who's in Charge? God blessed Joseph even when things looked bad. When things look bad for you, then What’s Your Response going to be? Are you Letting God Make Lemonade?
You were born to win and God wants you to be A Child of the King and receive His Promises and Blessings as A Precious Gift.
Through these lessons and the activities you will do in class, you will learn more about God's special plan for you. You will learn some of the reasons why God lets people go through very difficult times in their lives. By the end of these next ten lessons, you will have a collection of verses that will give you hope and comfort the next time you are faced with a difficult choice or a painful situation. You will discover some of the wonderful promises God has made to you in the Bible.
